By accessing and using the Steelth application ("App"), operated by Rego IT Solutions ("we", "us", "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
Permission is granted to use this App for personal fitness tracking purposes. You may not: • Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content • Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code • Use the App for any unlawful purpose • Transfer your account to another person
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
a) The App offers a free tier and a paid subscription ("Steelth PRO") with monthly, yearly, and lifetime options. b) Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. c) Monthly and yearly subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. d) Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price. e) You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your device's App Store or Google Play settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. f) Lifetime purchases are a one-time payment and do not renew. g) Free trial periods, if offered, will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends. h) Refunds are subject to the policies of Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
a) The App is a tool for tracking workouts and viewing nutrition plans prescribed by fitness professionals. It is not intended as medical advice. b) Always consult with a healthcare professional before starting any exercise or nutrition program. c) Workout and diet plans displayed in the App are created by your assigned professional, not by automated systems. We are not responsible for the content of plans created by professionals. d) If you experience any pain, discomfort, or adverse health effects during exercise, stop immediately and seek medical attention. e) Health data integration (Apple HealthKit, Google Health Connect) is provided for informational purposes only and should not replace professional medical assessment.
a) The App may access Apple HealthKit (iOS) or Google Health Connect (Android) data, including heart rate, step count, and active energy burned, solely to enhance your workout tracking experience. b) HealthKit and Health Connect data is never used for advertising, marketing, or sold to third parties. c) You may revoke health data access at any time through your device's Health settings.

All content, features, and functionality of the App (including text, graphics, logos, and software) are the property of Rego IT Solutions and are protected by intellectual property laws.
The App and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Account deletion requests are subject to a 5-day grace period during which you may reverse the deletion.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brazil, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. For users in the European Economic Area, nothing in these terms affects your rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the App. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree with the modified terms, you must stop using the App.
